Galleries are available for a limited time. The Provider is not responsible for long-term storage beyond the stated period. Clients are encouraged to download and backup their images within the specified timeframe. Gallery access codes should be kept confidential.
All content on this website is the property of Mr. Ray Photography & Multi-services. This includes but is not limited to photographs, designs, logos, text, and other creative materials. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
We strive to deliver all services within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery times may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and external factors. Final deliverables will be provided in the formats specified in your service agreement.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated as early as possible.
The Provider reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these terms. This includes but is not limited to non-payment, abusive behavior, or misuse of services. In case of termination, no refund will be provided for services already rendered.
Mr. Ray Photography & Multi-services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage clients to review these terms periodically.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
