1 Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services. This deposit is non-refundable and serves to reserve our time and resources exclusively for your project. The deposit demonstrates commitment from both parties and allows us to prepare adequately for your session.

2 Payment Schedule

The remaining 50% balance is due before the final delivery of your photographs or services. Payment must be received before access to your private gallery is granted or before the release of final edited images. We accept major credit/debit cards, Stripe, and PayPal for your convenience.

3 Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. For cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within 90 days, subject to availability.

4 Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Only one reschedule per booking is permitted without additional fees. Subsequent reschedules may incur a 25% rebooking fee.

5 Cancellation by Provider

In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, or force majeure), you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will make every effort to provide alternative dates that work for your schedule.

6 Service Dissatisfaction

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any legitimate issues through re-editing or re-shooting where feasible. Refunds for completed work are issued at our sole discretion.

7 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, once images have been delivered and downloaded, no refunds will be issued. Please ensure you review all images in your online gallery before downloading. If you notice any issues with the images before download, please contact us immediately.

8 Late Payments

Late payments may result in delayed delivery of your images or suspension of gallery access. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to additional late fees. Persistent non-payment may result in service termination without refund of any payments already made.

9 Disputes

For payment disputes, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services and legal action to recover costs.

10 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
